The ISA National Powerboat Racing Awards 2009 took place on Saturday 16th of January at the Red Cow Moran Hotel in Dublin.
It was attended by powerboat enthusiasts from all over the country and three flew in from Paris to be with us on the night. Harry Hermon from the ISA, along with others also attended. It was a very enjoyable evening and we wish to extend our thanks to a number of people.
Sincere thanks to all those who kindly contributed to the raffle on the night, and to both the Clarion Hotel Liffey Valley and the Red Cow Moran Hotel for their generous gifts.
The trophies given out to the winning competitors were mostly crystal, specially done by Sean Kerwick “Village Crystal”. (This crystal is very high quality and came at a very reasonable price to the sponsors. Thanks Sean!!).
The Champions in all four classes were presented with perpetual trophies.

F4 (S850) Perpetual Trophy sponsored by Alan Power was won by Will Chambers Lisnaskea Club
East Coast Special Awards Trophy sponsored by Liam Ralph was presented to Padraig Brooks Youghal Club for best Official of the year.
Sprit of the Water Endeavour Award Trophy sponsored by Denis Dillon was presented to Achill & Belmullet Powerboat Club
PWC Championship Trophy went to North West Jet ski Club
